Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Please note that due to the recent events, Canada Post no longer guarantees delivery dates. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and inform you of any change.
Note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order.
Our selected carriers deliver on business days, excluding holidays.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to include the proof or purchase, and receipt generated for you by Saturna Outdoor & Research corporation, or saturna.studio.
Please fill in the form from here to notify us with why you are returning or exchanging the item, before shipping it back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Be sure that items are in original condition, it is not the responsibility of saturna.studio or Saturna Outdoor & Research Corporation if your items are returned to us, and arrive broken or damaged, as you are liable to send the items back in the condition they were sent to you.
